What is happening?
When I log in to a Talis product, wither directly or via LTI 1.3, I see an error message like "401 Not Authorised".
What might be the cause?
This usually means that your user is not being allowed to view whatever you are trying to log in to. This usually indicates that you need to speak to your University IT team.
Tell them:
- Where you are trying to log in.
- What you were expecting to see.
- What you actually saw.
- They might also need screenshots.
The usual resolution for this error is for your University IT team to add you to a user group that is allowed to access the Talis product where you see this message.
