This guide is to introduce you to the dictionary definitions in Talis Aspire Digitised Content (TADC).
Introduction
The dictionary allows TADC System Administrators to configure some of the messages displayed to end users and academics in the request form or sent to them by email.
You can access the dictionary definitions from the Admin menu in your Talis Aspire Digitised Content tenancy. This contains details on how to edit the default values/messages to suit your university.
The below table shows the term seen by both you and your academic when they perform a particular action in TADC. The 'Default value' is the terminology/message that the academic will see when they preform the action. 'Trigger/action' is what the academic will have done to see that message e.g. requested a digitisation from a book that you already have electronic access to.
