Students and academics can download their class comments and their personal notes from within the Elevate document player. This means that you can retain copies of your own comments and notes once you have finished a course, and can be particularly useful for students participating in reflective tasks or ePortfolios.

How to download comments and personal notes

1. Comments and personal notes can be downloaded from within the Elevate document player. To download, click the download icon in the player and select whether you want to download your class comments or your personal notes.

2. An email will be sent to you allowing you to download the notes you selected.

3. You will then receive a PDF of your comments showing the text that you highlighted or a snipped of an image around the pindrop.

Note: Where other students have replied to a thread, these comments will also feature in the export but the student's names will be anonymised.
