Canada Copyright Act - 'Notice to Notice' provision

If either you as a university or Talis become aware of an infringement of copyright the following steps will be followed:

University receives infringement notice

Please raise a support ticket: support@talis.com with the details of the infringement and the action you would like us to take. Talis will then work to remove the digitisitation and remove the user from having access to the platform.

Talis receives infringement notice

Talis will share the notice with the key contact at the university and work to understand the next steps involved and the action they would like Talis to take.
