If you would like to add academic colleagues to Talis Elevate, you can send invites directly to them through the system. Only existing users of Talis Elevate will be able to send an invite.
It is also possible to add multiple colleagues at one time. To do this, you will need to prepare a CSV file and let Talis know so we can send this invite to the users.

Adding a colleague
To add a colleague, please follow the steps below.
1. Log into Talis Elevate and click on your name on the top right of the Module Manager.
2. You will see a drop-down menu that includes ‘Invite colleagues.’
3. Clicking on this will open a window allowing you to enter your colleague’s email address and a note, which is editable. Please note: you will only be able to enter one email at a time.
4. Once you have sent the invite, your colleague will receive an email inviting them to accept an invitation to Talis Elevate.
Adding multiple colleagues to Talis Elevate
To simultaneously add multiple colleagues to Talis Elevate, you can prepare a CSV file and raise a support ticket. We will then process the file and send invites to all users.
Preparing the file
To format the file, we need three simple headings:
- First name
- Second name
A template is available for download.
Once the file is ready then raise a support ticket with Talis to request the users to be added.
Once the accounts are added, Talis Elevate will automatically send the new users the following invite text which includes links to support materials:
