If you are experiencing problems with Talis Aspire, we would encourage you to check this page first. The status page will update you on if there are any current issues affecting Talis Aspire, and their severity. If you cannot see an issue being reported for something you are experiencing, please do raise a support ticket and we can investigate for you.
