We recently released a new version of Talis Aspire Digitised Content (TADC) with the following improvements. Please raise any comments or questions against this article. Thank You.
Export TADC usage data:
This will enable you extract the usage information from TADC which can support your understanding the usage of requested digitisations and can be a good way to determine whether an item should be renewed (or at least to have that conversation with an academic). This can also be useful in identifying your most and least engaged courses. The view, print and download usage reports can now be downloaded to CSV format. The reports can now also be accessed from the Reports drop-down menu.
Other recent improvements
- Fix to the dictionary message for Electronic copy available outcome
- Improved default dictonary messages
- Fix to handle diacritic characters
- Fix to resolve issues with missing values e.g. Publisher from coversheet
