Support ticket notification for all tickets raised by the University

How to get notified of all new support tickets and conversations for your organisation.

Get notifications

You can sign up to automatically receive notifications for all new and ongoing support cases for your organisation on support.talis.com

From the support homepage, open 'My tickets' and navigate through to your organisation's requests then click the 'Follow' button.

To stop getting these notifications, simply navigate to the same page and click 'Unfollow'.
