How to get notified of all new support tickets and conversations for your organisation.

Set up notifications

You can sign up to automatically receive notifications for all new and ongoing support cases for your organisation on support.talis.com

  1. Go to https://support.talis.com/ and click your name at the top then select 'My activities' from the drop-down.
  2. Click 'Organization requests'
  3. Click 'Follow'.

Stop receiving notifications

To stop getting these notifications the actions are similar to setting them up:

  1. Go to https://support.talis.com/ and click your name at the top then select 'My activities' from the drop-down.
  2. Click 'Organization requests'
  3. Click 'Unfollow'.
