Who receives the feedback form, and can we amend this?
The feedback form is emailed to your nominated addresses. This is configured during the setup of your tenancy, and provided by your institution on the Tenancy Setup Questionnaire.
If you wish to review, add or remove email addresses from this list, please raise a support ticket.
TIP: If you have an internal mailing list (e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org) to which all users within the library subscribe, this can be a quicker way of ensuring feedback emails are received by all interested parties.
