Overriding source and format - Talis Aspire Digitised Content

Introduction

There are edge cases in Talis Aspire Digitised Content (TADC) where you may want to override the source of a scan or the format (either print or digital) that the copy was taken from. You can now do this in TADC when you upload the copy to the request. This enables you to accurately report the source and format as required for some Reproduction Rights Organisation reports and audit information.

Changing the Format

The "format of original" will display the assumed format based on the steps and information the concierge has had up to that point in the workflow. You can change this using the drop-down menu as shown:
