Integration made easier with Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI) (Webinar)

Introduction

Talis Aspire Reading Lists (TARL) integrates with a number of university systems for seamless use across your University's digital environment. One integration we recommend that you use is the Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI). This integrates TARL within your University's Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)/Learning Management System (LMS). For academics the advantage of using the LTI integration is that they can choose which list or section of a list they want to show linked to their teaching material. For students, they are able to access reading list content as directed by the academic, and can still access the full list within the familiar environment of their VLE.

In this webinar David Renfree, Online Systems Librarian from University College Birmingham (UCB), explained how UCB put reading lists at the heart of their student experience using LTI integration in Canvas.

This is a non-technical webinar explaining the benefits of using the LTI integration tool.
