How to identify who has published a list

Introduction

If at any point in your workflow, you may need to identify who has been publishing changes on a list. Talis Aspire Reading List (TARL) has a function where you are able to identify who has made any changes to a list so you are able to follow up with any actions.

How to identify

Take the list URL, for example:

http://cst.training.talisaspire.com/lists/EB13150E-D368-D6ED-7195-418330FED927.html

Then change the .html to .json

Changing to example:

http://cst.training.talisaspire.com/lists/EB13150E-D368-D6ED-7195-418330FED927.json

In the output, you can search last published and published by dates.

See screenshot below, showing list updated on 28th March:

By clicking on the URL of the user, you will be taken you to their profile so you can identify who has made the changes to the published list.
